12 Months after EPOS Now Unit Purchase

Normally our EPOS Now units are sold with 12 months EPOS Now software licence

So what happens after 12 months?

Option 1

You have to either purchase a new 12 months software licence at £210 per unit to continue to use the system, this gives you the software on the EPOS Unit and also access to the EPOS Now website Administration/Report system.

Option 2

You take a support package.

The support package includes the software licence while ever you are subscribed to support.

There are 2 levels of support Standard or Premium. There is a cost for the first device and then additional devices. The differences are explained below in the grid,

The prices below are excluding VAT.

As you approach to the end of your initial 12 months, then Dev Guy will be in touch to see which option above you want to take.

Dev Guy will then set up a recurring Go Cardless payment, so that either support or annual licence is paid.
